Coloring Me Happy is proud of the outstanding quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every book is backed by our 100% Love It Guarantee against any manufacturing defects. As each order is made just for you, refunds or cancellations aren’t usually required — but if there’s ever a product or process issue, we’ll make it right.

 

Shipping

Processing & Production Times

Because every book is custom-made for you, your order goes through a production process before it’s handed to a carrier. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from order placement. Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently provide shipping to Europe and the United States, and are hoping to expand to more countries soon. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping speed.

Gift Shipping

Want to send your book directly to someone special? Simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. You can include a personalised gift message and we’ll add a handwritten-style note card to the package. Invoices are sent by email only — never included in the parcel.

 

Returns & Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue promptly and aim to fix or replace the product at no cost to you.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and a clear photo of the defect or damage when you get in touch.

 

Custom & Personalised Orders

As every book is uniquely made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun — unless there is a fault or error on our part.

 

Coloring Me Happy is not responsible for customer-generated mistakes or errors, including spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, incorrect order quantities, or other ordering errors. Images and text are printed exactly as they appear in your Preview.

 

We do not proofread or correct customer-supplied content. Please take the time to carefully review your proof before approving your order — once approved, we proceed to print exactly what was shown.
